Metadata Retrival from Providers

I am testing the R16.2 for the purpose of converting my CDs to Flac and I noticed that the providers are grayed-out.
I tried disabling my Antivirus and firewall and still grayed out. I thought as trial version, it will be fully functional as stated.
If I can't make the retrieval working, what's the use of the software? Please help is this a disabled feature on trial version?

The trial is not active, have you previously used dBpoweramp?

It's my first time to use dBpoweramp. I am currently comparing ripping softwares and preparing to buy the best for my application. Thanks for the info.

You could try creating a new user account in Windows with Administrator access rights, then install the trial into that account.
