"CD in drive" message

I get the message titled "CDGrap.exe - No Disk" There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk in drive D. The options are "cancel" "try again" "continue". If I hit "cancel" or "continue" 3 times the box disappears and program runs. NB Happens regardless of whether there is a disk in drive D.

What is drive d?
