I’ve purchase the official dBpoweramp Reference R16, Single PC for Windows last night (I use Windows 7). But I’ve found at least two different thigs/ problems which does not happened in the trial version:
1) Unable to use the Secure Setting now
From CD Ripper Option --- > Ripper Method ----- > The Secure (Recover Errors) setting is disable, I can’t use it now.
2 ) Unable to search Album Art from internet now
When I use the trial version, when I click the bottom CD icon, it will help me to search the CD cover from internet. But now when I click this CD icon, it show “ Choosing Album Art from internet requires either dBpoweramp reference X ”.
Please advise what should I do now to solve these problems? I’ve made screen save on these problems, please look at the attached image files. THX.
