Ripped FLAC CD file - tracks empty on pc

Hi,

I have just bought this product and set it up. The CD tracks seem to rip to the destination file set on my pc but when I click on properties each file is empty. Any thoughts?

Which format are you ripping to? Do you have the Windows or mac version? ripping to a local drive or network drive?
