cd ripping in error mode

i have a boxset of TAKASHI ASAHINA that conduct beethoven symphony, japanese version.

i tried to put it in a teac dvd-rom and that ripping in error on some tracks.

after that i try to use eac to rip, it is ok.

may i know why?
