I've only recently found I need to use multi-encoder, to output data to lossless and lossy directories.
Main problem I've found is that if the CD has already been ripped, it just overwrites the destination files without asking if i'm happy for them to be overwritten.
This doesn't happen when using a single codec and cd ripper, seems to be isolated to multi-encoder, really disappointing as it's a great feature.
