Audio Gap in FLAC/AIFF but Not WAV

Running 16(1) Mac and I can repeat an error ripping a track that appears only in FLAC (Lossless Uncompressed) and AIFF but not WAV. Same exact point at 41 seconds in. Weird. Any ideas?
