WAVE encoder missing after installing dBpoweramp 15.3 on WS2016 Core

Only Flac encoder is installed. A friend said some .dll files are missing on WS 2016 Core. How can I make dbpoweramp work again with wave encoder?

P.S. I checked, all .dll files are intact and located in the dbpoweramp\encoder folder. But none of them except flac .dll loads into dBpoweramp when the program runs on 2016 Core.

Your core will be missing some system required components. I cannot say what they are though as I not have core.

Thanks for your response. I reinstalled WS2016, GUI this time and WAVE encoder is back.
