Problem using 14.4

I have been an occasional user of 14.4 (registered version) since 2010.

Using it today it won't access meta data saying I need to install Reference. I reinstalled 14.4 but no change. It sounds like a pretty basic problem. Can somebody please help/explain.

Thanks for the response

I did that yesterday, was offered 14.4 which I downloaded and reinstalled. Still unable to access metadata. There was a message saying I need Reference.

If you uncheck PerfectMeta, AMG, GD3 and musicbrainz from the meta drop menu (leaving just freedb) then it will work.

Thanks that's fixed it. I will upgrade next time I do any non trivial ripping
