Ripping FLAC to multiple folders

Is there a way to rip FLAC to multiple folders. I want to rip to my HTPC but also a backup copy onto my local server. Right now I'm having to rip to my HTPC and then copy to my server as a back-up copy. I would like it to be copied to both places as it's ripped so I won't have to copy it after it's done.

Yes use Multi Encoder and include the encoder flac twice.
