    Ripping Questions/Options

I've been trying out dBpoweramp and have a few questions. Please forgive me if it's obvious, I'm new to this. I set dba up for secure ripping, per the guide. While it works fine in most cases, I did get errors on some CDs. While ripping one CD it successfully ripped the first 2 tracks and aborted on the following 8. I can see no scratches or other physical damage on the CD. I got the following unique errors:

    Track 3: Ripped LBA 34542 to 63290 (6:23) in 4:42. Filename: K:\Media\Music\Eagles\Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975\03 Eagles - Lyin' Eyes._
    AccurateRip: Inaccurate (confidence 13) Insecure [Pass 1 & 2, Ultra 1 to 4, Re-Rip 54 Frames]
CRC32: 217CB6B2 AccurateRip CRC: 1FA68245 (CRCv2) [DiscID: I removed the ID for posting]
** Reached Maximum 1 Unrecoverable Frames For This Track

    Track 4: Ripped LBA 63290 to 82207 (4:12) in 1:07. Filename: K:\Media\Music\Eagles\Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975\04 Eagles - Already Gone._
    Insecure [Pass 1 & 2, Ultra 1 to 4, Re-Rip 218 Frames]
    Insecure [Pass 1 & 2, Ultra 1 to 4, Re-Rip 218 Frames]
** Aborted: Have to ReRip 218 Frames, Re-Rip Limit Set to 100 Frames

Track 9: Ripped LBA 154667 to 173837 (4:15) in 10:08. Filename: K:\Media\Music\Eagles\Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975\09 Eagles - Peaceful, Easy Feeling._
    AccurateRip: Inaccurate (confidence 14) Insecure [Pass 1 & 2, Ultra 1 to 4, Re-Rip 87 Frames]
CRC32: 3EFD9123 AccurateRip CRC: F6B15B75 (CRCv2) [DiscID: I removed the ID for posting]
** Reached Secure Rip Time Of 10 Minutes

Are there suggested alternate settings which would allow me to successfully rip tracks with errors like those above? Is there ReRip and time limits I shouldn't go above?

Is the disc, or perhaps some tracks, just toast?

    Thanks.

    Re: Ripping Questions/Options

It is unlikely your drive can rip those discs without errors, you would be best to get a 2nd different CD drive, if that still cannot rip then those discs cannot be ripped without errors.
