What is that white line running through my album artwork?

When I click on a song file and hit Edit ID Tag and I use the interface to edit tag info with dbPoweramp, after I add album artwork for some reason there is a line that runs across the album cover near the top.

Apparently there is not a newer version than what I'm using as I am using 16.1.

    What is the fix?

If you use a player does it show this line?

I use iTunes and everything looks fine. Artwork looks good in there.

It is likely just a graphics card glitch, try updating your graphics card drivers to the latest.

My card is fairly new. The driver I'm using is also fairly recent. But perhaps I'll give it a go.

Tried using the latest driver from NVidia. No change. Must be a graphical glitch in dbPoweramp itself. This white line does not appear when I look at the file properties just through Windows.

Not seeing any white lines in art on dbpa on two different windows computers on my end. One is win 8.1 and one win 10.

I re-downloaded the software just to make sure my file wasn't corrupt and I still get white lines running through my artwork. I'm using JPEG as my artwork format. This is strange.

Very odd. To be clear, you are saying you only see the line in your dbpa program. When looking at the artwork in other programs or players, the line is not there.

Correct. It only shows up when I click on Edit ID Tag and look at the file details through dbPoweramp.

Can it be a matter of the embedded album art size, the jpg compression or compression rate?

If you click the 'View' button next to the art, it shows the white line on the bigger art?

No. I don't think so. I've been experimenting with some other rippers so at the moment I'm just using my memory on this. If I recall when I hit View the art looks OK.
