No access to Music brainz

I have just bought the offical dBpoweramp Reference R16.1 after using a trail version and I still do not have access to Music Brainz?
What should I do??

You have installed the Reference version from the link in your email receipt?

If you start dBpoweramp Control Center (icon on Desktop) it says the registration status is: Reference Registered?

Fully registered, no restriction

Since Discogs, GD3 and MusicBrainz are all unavailable, I would check Meta Data & ID Tag settings. Mainly, under PerfectMeta Options, is Disable Tag Writing ticked?

Then reinstall the registered version, and try without changing any settings.
