cd rip in 64 bit windows 7 error

i have problem with cd rip windows 7 64 bit operating system when click rip cd ripper has stopped working and close program i am unable to rip cds.
please give me solution.

Try starting the program without a CD in the drive, does it show?

When did the error start happening? did it ever work?

Which version of dBpoweramp do you have?

now working fine
in my new PC windows update pending, when update completed it's working fine.

I just installed dBpoweramp 16 after using a trial version. When I attempt to rip a CD, I get the following errors. The trial version worked fine.

Error ripping to mp3 (Lame), 'Track 1' to 'F:\My Music\Gary Kesee\Your Financial Revolution\01 Gary Kesee - Track 1.mp3'
Error unable to open File 'F:\My Music\Gary Kesee\Your Financial Revolution\01 Gary Kesee - Track 1._' for writing. [clEncoder::BeginConversion]

This happens on every track.
I assume this is a Windows issue, but I don't know how to fix it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
