Eject Button Causes CD Ripper to Crash

On 16.1, hitting the eject botton (the one between Rip and Refresh) causes CD Ripper to crash. Reproducible, as it happens every time - both my drives and with every CD.

        Also, I've found another issue.

If I rip a CD, then edit the filename of one track. If I then rerip only that track, it does not take into account my edits. I have to rerip the entire CD for it to take my edits.

On the CD Ripper options page, what is the Communication option set to please?

This does not make any sense, the code for eject is 100% untouched from R15 to R16

I'm using the latest Win beta(3) on my win7 64 amd.
Before the beta (1607) the same thing was happening...

<Insert Audio CD> (click for eject) <Ejecting CD...> <Insert Audio CD> (clicky for close) <Ejecting CD...> it doesn't close the tray. At that point you're getting the blue spinning donut.

The tray has to be manually closed. The software finds the CD then reads it.
