first thing I'd try is to redownload the install file.

        Thanks for the replies
OK - I've cleared cache for both chrome and edge - still same error message - 'cannot open compressed files' then 'this software is corrupted - obtain a new copy'
How do I re-download the install file?
        All replies appreciated

It is possible your security software is blocking the install, what do you use?

AVG - I'll disable and get back to you.
