    Hidden Track!

    Hi guys,

I really need your help now. Does anyone knows how to write an extra track number to the hidden track on a cd? I have a cd with an artist called Danny and the last track on the cd is hidden. It is the song 12 that is hidden and I would like to do it like this.

    12. Tokyo (Spanish Version)
    12. Here I Am

Does anybody knows if you can do this? Since I don't wanna have it like this.

    12. Tokyo (Spanish Version) / Here I Am

I hope so much that someone can help me with my issue.

    Thanks

If you play it on a normal cd player, you hear a few minutes of silence before the hidden track starts?

In the Windows version of dBpoweramp is a button 'Rip as One' on the tool bar, you can set the start and end times of the last hidden track and rip it manually.

                hi, Mr Spoon,
pls find screen shots of a CD I have with a hidden track, i.e. the 1st track.
though the CD plays absolutely well, on ripping I get this ( as per attached screen shots ) I have tried to select & unselect the "prevent detection of hidden track" for 2 different drives .. and no luck .. plsClick image for larger version

This is not a hidden track, it is likely a copy protected CD. Try the ripping options 'Defective by design' for that one disc.

                    hi,
apologies for the delay in reply !!
I sorted it out with EAC.
EAC doesn't read the hidden track .. so I ripped it to .FLAC Y then used the dBpower converter for convert to AIFF.

                    many thanks
