CD Ripper disappeared

CD Ripper disappeared

Hi there, Ive been using the CD Ripper since purchasing it 2016-07-30 and now it has just disappeared, I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and no luck. I can see it in the tray on my desktop but can not access it. I was using it today and this just happened when I minimized it to the bottom of the screen. I have attach a screen shot. Please any help would be great. The OS Is win 10

If CD Ripper or Batch Converter appears on the taskbar but the window is not shown, first run a different application so it has focus. Then hover the mouse over the taskbar icon and a small Window will display above the taskbar, right click this Window >> Maximise. Note Vista users look to here: https://forum
