    CD Ripper inaccurate rip

Hello, I am using dBpoweramp 16.1 64 bit. I have tried on several occasions to rip some of my CDs as I want to digitise my entire collection. I have not yet been able to do this. I am using all the default settings and want to rip in FLAC format.
Each time, the error message is Inaccurate Rip (please refer attached screen shot).
I have been able to rip the same CDs to FLAC using Windows Media Player on the same computer using the same internal CD drive (Windows 10).

Can anybody please suggest what troubleshooting I can do.

    thank you

If you have c2 pointers enabled, disable them as it looks like it is faulty on your drive.

Thanks for your feedback. I don't understand what c2 pointers are or where to find and disable them. The drive is a Pioneer DVR-212 ATA device.

Would it be better to buy a new drive? If so could you recommend something. thank you

Disable c2 pointers is a setting within the ripper settings of dbpa (the software itself). I'd try that before anything else.
