I purchased v 15.3 awhile back and have ripped several hundred cd's to flac files for use in a home audio system.
More recently CD ripping has become unreliable in that new CD's purchased don't want to be ripped. Sometimes the program will Accurate'ly rip one track but then show an error message for all others. It reads the disc ok and shows all the meta data. It is never the same track, could be track 1 or 10. The variety of cd's is wide and includes major labels like Sony.
Ripping works fine under Windows Media.
I am using the program under Windows 10 on a MBPro dual boot setup. As far as I know operating software is all current.
I have both an Apple drive and more recently purchased a Samsung SE-208. The Apple drive is more unreliable but neither is great.
I am not technically minded so where on earth do I start as the program has become effectively unusable?
