Automatically Playing of CDs (v16.1) - How to prevent/edit?

Hello,

today I purchased dbpoweramp version 16.1. In the free version of the CD Ripper there was a text box which asked if one wants to start playback of the inserted CD or not. In the full, purchased version the CD Ripper automatically starts playback of the CD without even asking.

Where can I change settings for automatic playback or make this text box reappear?

What is automatically playing the CD? Windows Media Player? the box you refer to is perhaps Windows its self asking what it should do with the CD.

CD Ripper would never automatically play the CD. Which Windows version do you have?

Yeah, you're probably rigt now that you've said it. I run Win 7.

Maybe it was another program which asked If I want to listen to the CD because there was definitely a question box which appeared yesterday...

If you type autoplay or autorun into the start menu then you might get the option to set what happens when a cd is inserted.
