If I buy the single PC version, can files be transferred to upgraded replacement pc?

Wondering what happens, if I buy the single PC version dBpoweramp, when that single PC crashes 3 years down the road and I upgrade, can I transfer ownership to a new PC, along with my ripped files?

You can reinstall at any time on a different PC.

Your ripped files should be backed-up otherwise you might loose them if your PC crashes, they can be moved without issues.
