I was just testing the batch ripper, I do not understand what can be the advantage, on the contrary. Or am I doing something wrong. It just rip simply one by one as the normal way of ripping. Also, finding cover art seems not the work as it should be

 Re: batch ripping

The biggest advantage of batch ripping vs. normal ripping is when you have an autoloader. Put in a stack of CDs (in many cases 100 or more), click start, and in a while you will have ripped all of them with no manual intervention or human interaction.

Without an autoloader it can still be advantegeous -- you can rip without having to do a bunch of clicks/keystrokes.

 Re: batch ripping

If you have the family pack you can install dBpoweramp on multiple PCs.

The Batch Ripper can allow 4 drives on the same PC to rip at the same time.

The nimbie is the recommended autoloader.Comment

 Re: batch ripping

I'm testing with 2 cd-readers now at the same time, seems to work with bath-ripper. However it does not take the cover art and other thinks I have setup in the regular ripperComment
