    My Norton anti virus has removed core converter.exe. Says it is unsafe.

    Norton Antivirus has removed "core converter.exe". Says it is unsafe. I can no longer rip CDs. What gives? What should I do? Does anyone else have this problem?

    Did you run a full system scan to see if there are other infected files?

      It is a false positive, you need to report the file to Norton so that they can whitelist the affected file(s). Only the it will work with Norton. Your other option is to disable Norton.
