Application window size will not expand from the dock

Hi,

Installed and successfully used the R16 Reference version on Windows 7 Home PC.

After a few days, after I adjusted the window size from Full Screen to something smaller, but not Reduced,
the program will launch and populate the taskbar but the application window is not viewable.

If I hover the cursor over the application in the taskbar there will be: The Help questionmark, and the other windows buttons in the upper right corner of an application window. Reduce, Resize/Fullscreen/ Close.

I unsinstalled and reinstalled but the issue has persisted.

Anyone know what the issue is & how to fix it?
