Naming - need programming help

I've been struggling with the syntax of the naming command line.

What I'm trying to do seems quite simple. If an album is multi-disc, i want [disc][track] for each song title. If it's a single disc, I want just [track]. I tried using [IFMULTI] and [IF!MULTI], but I can't get the syntax right.

Can someone help me out?
