No Metadata from Discogs

Hello,

I've just upgraded to version 16, however I'm only getting metadata from Discogs on roughly 50% of the CD's i'm ripping

Why is this?

If you click the 'Refresh' button to reread from the metadata, does it fill that disc in correctly?

No it doesn't, as I said it only seems to have details for 50% of my CD's

It is possible to get a refund and revert to version 15?

R15 will not help you, AMG is switched off in the next 4 weeks (my understanding), so your R15 will have less metadata providers than R16.

We have tested Discogs today, I put 2000 CDs through and watched the results, around 40 CDs were not present, which is around 2% missing. The discs were not only popular ones, a broad spectrum.

Note there is a potential issue with CD-Extra discs, this will be investigated, we will also put update the server to automatically add discs which it cannot lookup.
