    Extra empty tracks

After ripping a cd either in Flac or mp3, I seem to have a number of additional tracks, named with the date and time in the filename. These files are usually 0KB but sometimes larger, they are the correct extension. Sometimes there is a matching file for all of the tracks, sometimes just a couple of the tracks. I can simply delete them and be done with it, but that's annoying. Here is an example

02 Explosions In The Sky - The Only Moment We Were Alone.flac
02 Explosions In The Sky - The Only Moment We Were Alone-2016-05-22_16-15-13-045.flac

This first is correct, full length, the second is only 3.76MB and only plays for less than a minute.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what's causing it?

Actually, I did some tests with other encoders (Mediamonkey, WMP) same issue. So, apparently it's not a dbpoweramp setting.
