Plextor drive does not exist in accurate rip?

Hi there. I'm a user from the Netherlands. I use dbpower amp for a couple of years for ripping cd's with my Plextor CDr premium2, almost always good results with accurate rips.
Now since the Windows 10 upgrade the program had to configure the drive for accurate rip (cd drive offset) After starting it shows the drive does not exist in acc.rip !
My dvd drive a cheap Tsst corp device is ok.

How can this be solved ?

Thanks for the list, my drive is on it so accuraterip would self configures the drive.
I removed some old plextor software, started up the system (had to turn it all off, restart didnt work!)
After that it worked fine again with accurate rip ! Problem solved !
