Album Art - No Search Results

I use the software almost every day since I have been ripping a large collection and I have not had any issues with album art until Friday (2 days ago). When I insert a CD, the software will provide me about 1-4 images from the default meta databases (such as AccurateRip, etc.). In the past, it would ALSO show results from the internet. Starting 2 days ago, I am only getting the 1-4 default images from the database with no internet results. If I type something new in the search box in the bottom corner, it will say 0 results. I have tried multiple CDs (and many album art searches) on Friday and Sunday.

I am using Windows 11. I still have 17 months left on my active subscription. I have not made any changes to my internet and I have a strong connection. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there an option in the CD ripper that I could have accidentally pressed and turned off the art search option? I couldn't find any such option, but so I wanted to ask. Please let me know what could be happening. Thanks.

I've seen the same issue, W10, current dBpa build

It just started since I loaded the current build.

The search engines have changed, we will investigate.

I have an update. I ripped some CDs this evening. The cover art search was showing 0 results. Several hours ago, the search results starting working for me. About an hour later, it stopped working again and I received the 0 results message. An hour after that, the results worked correctly again. About 30 minutes later, it stopped working (which is how it has been for me the rest of the my night).

I'm having the same issue...I'm using Windows 11 current build. I've been using dBPoweramp and PerfectTUNES for years to build my library with no problems. I have gone to the extent of reinstalling Windows and renewing my license for dBPoweramp as it was expired. So I am working from a clean Windows install and everything is the same as it has been for the last few years, hardware and software. I have checked the firewall access and everything is good on that end. I am experiencing the same issues as you are, and like you, these problems just started. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
