CD Ripper won't import CD name etc.

I just bought a new CD just recently released, BFM jazz is the label. Itunes/apple music imported all the info but CD ripper wouldn't. I tried entering the barcode # and it still didn't work. I redownloded CD ripper to make sure I had the latest version. Thoughts? Thanks.

You can do a manual metadata search, type the name of the artist and album and click search on the manual search page.

I tried entering the barcode (that is, the numbers below the barcode on the CD); still no luck. I sent a message to the people who produced the CD to see if they have any ideas

Barcode might not be there, instead type artist album name.
