CDRipper Ultra Secure: tracks fail — log shows >400 rerips

Hi everyone — I need some help with CDRipper. I have it configured to use the Ultra Secure mode, but it keeps failing and won’t rip several tracks. Oddly, if I restart the rip and deselect all tracks that were already successfully ripped — leaving only the ones that previously failed — it always rips the first of those and then the rest fail with errors.
For the failing tracks the log shows it wants to perform over 400 rerips, but CDRipper stops because the maximum allowed is 100, which leads to the final error for those tracks.

    What I’ve tried so far:

    Re-cleaned and re-mounted the disc

Rebooted the PC and restarted the software

    CDRipper version: 2026-05-25

    OS and version: Windows 11

    Drive model(s): Asus BW-16D1HT

Ripping mode: Ultra Secure 1-2-1 - C2 active

On the secure page you can change the abort settings, however 400 re-rips is very unlikely to recover correctly.
