CD Ripper not saving Album art

I have ripped a CD and I see the album art in the lower right corner of the CD Ripper window, but the JPEG file is not saved to the Album folder. I did not even find a way to manually save the image. This is with a brand new install on Mac OS. I have used CD Ripper in the past on different PCs and Macs, but never had this problem before. Any ideas?

The Album art section, it should be set to:

Write To [output folder] set to : Folder.jpg
