'Active Providers' and 'After Ripping' menus issue

I'm on macOS Ventura (which might be the cause). The menu options aren't updating to show or hide the 'checkmarks' immediately after I select or deselect them. It’s a minor issue, but I wanted to check if this is a bug with the app or specifically related to my OS. Thanks!

Looks like actual bug, happens on latest macOS as well.
