AccurateRip progress stuck

Is it normal for the first AccurateRip to show no progress? I have been checking 15000 tracks for a couple of hours and have no progress shown. I am checking from a laptop on the same network as my Melco server. Server is hardwired and the laptop is on Wifi. The server shows as connected in my network devices

Likely a firewall is blocking it from accessing the internet.
