Adding a CD to AccurateRip

If I insert a CD, and it brings up the track listing, but when it rips, it says it's not in AccurateRip, is it easy to add it?

Your ripping it will add it, if ripping on Windows, once a month it will offer to submit to the database.

I've been ripping CD's for years, and not once has Windows offered to submit any rip of mine.

Using dBpoweramp? which version?

CD Ripper >> green options button >> Send Results to Online database 'Submit'
