editing of CDTOC ID Tag

In release notes for Release 2025-06-05 here, it is stated:

FLAC/Ogg/Opus/etc - allows editing of CDTOC ID Tag

I would like to know more about this: how exactly is the CDTOC field accessed?

In the UI somewhere? in a DSP/plug-in? via scripting?
