Tiny dropouts in playback

Have been ripping with a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE1N, getting 100% accuracy. Loaded onto a new Seagate portable HDD 2tb ( STKM2000400) and playing through a Wiim Ultra. I'm getting the occasional blip of silence, lasts less than a second but noticeable, it's happening enough to be annoying.....any thoughts on whats happening

Network issues, if runs out of data it will pause. You can test the files with foobar2000 playing on your PC.
