No CD drive found

I just purchased 15.3 to rip my CD collection. It worked for a bit but now cannot find my cd drive. It says no CD drive found. This is very frustrating. I went into devices and the CD drive shows up and the driver is up to date. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I did erase the program and reinstalled it but it does the same thing.

Try right clicking on CD Ripper icon >> Run as Administrator

It did not work running as administrator. It still says no cd drive found. I am running windows 10.

Which security software do you have?

I have Norton Security.

Check that it is not putting dBpoweramp in a sandbox, which is restricting access to the system.
