Are all settings automatically stored?

I got CD Ripper set up and verified for AccurateRip, copied over all the secure rip and ID tag and other settings from CD Ripper on my old computer, and did some test rips. I come back to it today and find most of my settings had been cleared and returned to default, including burst ripping, all my secure settings changed, etc.

This could be user error on my part, I am not sure what I did or failed to do, but please let me know if there are any steps I need to take to ensure my settings are always saved so I don't have to check each time I go to rip a disc.
