Metadata retrieval failure

Your assistance please - I’m rebuilding my music library – numerous CDs that I’ve previously ripped successfully with the Metadata now simply show unknown artist -track 1,2,3 etc rather than track names etc– if I click on the Metadata ID tab DB shows not responding and then has to be shut down – there are no connection issues so I can’t understand why this happens

I've installed trial version of Easy Audio Copy and used this to test with the CDs that DB wont provide track names etc for - it works perfectly (but doesn't appear to offer lossless FLAC)

Try starting CD Ripper by:

Right click on CD Ripper Icon

Run as Administrator
