    Problems Ripping CDs

    Have been using Poweramp 15.3 for a few months (so still a newbie) but in the last few days I have been unable to rip CDs.

    Once disc is inserted and information obtained I click `Rip` and it seems to proceed with ripping process and does make an Artist Folder > Album folder > list of tracks.

    On clicking a track it does not play, and when checking the properties it states each track is 43kb in size no matter the length of the track.

    Any help would be most appreciated.

          Only DSP Effects active is:- Replay Gain > Track & Album Gain.

          Under Advanced Options it states:- Albums Identified By :- Album ID Tag
          Gain Calculation :- EBU R 128 -18 LUFS Target Volume

It is installed to c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp or c:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp The 64 bit version of dBpoweramp is installed to: c:\Program Files\dBpoweramp It


              then reinstall and rip on the default settings, to see if works.

                  Thanks for that. All seems to be working. Hopefully when I change default settings and Re-configure the problem will not re-occur.

                  Again, many thanks for your quick responses. Its nice to see that some organisations still take customer service seriously.
