i bought an ASUS SDRW-08U9M-U A112 to rips most of my cds

can i ask 2 questions?

1)
may i know if does this drive read /feature read cache and c2 ?
just because i can't find any information

2)
in case of very scratched cds , can i know the best option to rip correctly ?
