Ripping multiple CD tracks to a single .wav file

Example: A CD consisting of a few baroque "Suites" where each brief section of each suite is a separate track on the CD. I want to rip each *complete* suite to a single .wav file.

In Windows I used a ManiacTools ripper which was able to do this but now I'm using a Mac and the otherwise-excellent dBpoweramp ripper. I saw a very old forum post which mentioned a red "Rip As" button which no longer seems to be present in the software (version 15.3).

    Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

Rip as one is not currently supported on the OS X version.

Thanks -- I can't help wondering why this feature should be missing in Mac OS. It seems like such a simple action on the face of it -- does it somehow run afoul of the innards of OS?
I can see from various posts that people DO in fact sometimes want to do this for one reason or another. Does anyone out there know of a Mac ripper that will rip multiple CD tracks to a single file?
