cannot get any metadata

Hi can someone please help. I have a new set of 10 CDs - sold by Universal - Nat King Cole - His Musical Autobiography. When I try to rip it, it tells me it is in AccurateRip, but only shows say track1 to Track24 for each disk but no other details.

As there are 10 CDs of about 25 tracks each it will take ages to key everything in - is there a way I can "help" the metadata searches to maybe find this collection and its details?

click on the "refresh" button after loading the CD. Give it some time. I occasionally see CDs that can take 5 minutes or more before the metadata shows up on the screen.

tried that but still no good - it brought a cd back - but the wrong one! Anything else I can do?

After clicking the metadata button, choose 'Review Metadata' to check if the correct disc is listed for selection.
