Character Replacement in CD Ripper Metadata

Over the last month or so, I've been running into an inconvenience where fields like style or disc # will replace forbidden filename characters even though they are only metadata fields.

For example, if I'd expect to see "1/1" in the disc field, I'm now consistently getting "1_1," which is consistent with the way I've set filename character replacement to work.

I wanted to see if this is a setting I accidentally mucked with during my last install (current PC is a new build from late Nov.) or if this is a bug in the software itself. I've tooled around but, aside from the obvious settings in the CD Ripper and dBpoweramp Control Center for addressing forbidden characters in filenames, I'm not sure what I could have fiddled with to cause this.

    Thanks in advance.

CD Ripper >> options >> Metadata & ID tag >> Character / word replacement

    remove all in there.
