CD Ripper Upgrade Download Problem

Help Please for a non technical guy! This Am I bought the upgrade for my CD ripper and received the email. clicked on theTOP Button for downloading the "Documentation" for Windows 10 (couldn't see anything more relevant). I got message: " Unverified Download Blocked" and in my DOWNLOAD folder I got and empty rectangular icon.!

TWO questions:

How do I finish replacing my current version! AND

Will the software automatically delete the old version (to avoid future confusion)????

This is a Windows security issue. Where you see the warning about the download, click on the link there and choose to download anyways. Then you will have the actual install program and you can run that. And yea you can install it over your current installation.
