how to rip high fidelity pure audio

How can I rip a high fidelity pure audio cd or, more accurately, bluray disc with Dbpoweramp?
Which are the best settings for ripping these?
    Regards,
    Thijs

Bluray discs cannot be ripped by dBpoweramp.

DVD Audio Extractor only rips the dts Core for dts-HD MA tracks (despite several attempts at getting them to do so).

I have used MakeMKV to extract the dts-HD MA tracks as FLAC. It's a lot more work.

In any case, now that AnyDVD HD is no longer available, it's going to get harder and harder to do this.
