    Track title not being added

    Hi there,
Some years ago, I was running the cd ripper very effectively. I since moved to streaming services, but am now moving back to ripping cds.
I dug out some instructions a friend of mine gave me which included the following:

    [IFCOMP]Various Artists\[album]\[IFMULTI]\Disc[disc][]\[track] [title][][IF!COMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[artist][]\[album]\[IFMULTI]\Disc[disc][]\[track] [title][]

This worked fine back in the day, but now does not pull the track title.

I have tried more simple code since, but whatever I try, the track title is never pulled. Even in the example box, it never shows the title.

    Can anyone help?

(In case it is relevant, I am running a very recent download of the CD ripper on a MBP - M3 MAX)

Your naming string works fine for me and shows the track title (track number track title). Are you sure that the title field is filled in with something and not blank?

The track names are listed in the track column, if that's what you mean...?

ok. So the files do have TITLE metadata. Not sure why it is not working for you. I copied and pasted what you posted as a naming string to test it. And works for me.

I tried all the same settings on an old PC and it all worked, so I think it is a Mac issue

Sorry, can't reproduce, seems to work as it should on my Macs.
What file names does it produce instead of the intended formatting?
What does it show in Dynamic Naming selection window, with or without title?

If you can post screenshots of relevant dBpoweramp CD Ripper elements (naming selection with preview), it will help me get to the bottom of this.

Note that your original saved naming pattern uses back slashes (Windows style) rather than forward slashes (Mac style). While dBpoweramp for Mac is supposed to replace these automatically in case someone copies settings from the Windows version like you did, you can try replacing them manually ( each \ to / ) in the naming pattern, to see if it helps.
