CD Ripper Crashes on accessing CD

I only bought DBPowerAmp today. I don't often need to rip my CDs abut I like to support the software I use. I was using R12 which worked ok, if a little flakey, but R15 is crashing as soon as it tries to access a CD with:

App version: Release 15.4
OS version: Version 10.11.3 (Build 15D21)

Borrowing a pal's different external BluRay player everything seems OK. Mine works great for everything else (iTunes import, BluRay Ripping to my Mac with MakeMKV etc), it just seems that DBPoweramp R15 doesn't support my External Disc drive (I have this one). Is there a known issue with certain model disc readers?

Thanks for your detailed bug report, the problem is being investigated. I'll get back to you when a fix is available.

New beta version, with additional debug logging to nail the cause of this issue-

Please run the CD ripper, then go to (Finder Cmd+Shift+G) ~/Library/dBpoweramp and post contents of AppLog.txt file from that folder; it will contain various diagnostic information about the CD drive.

Note that it should no longer crash, but will probably not list the problematic drive instead.
